Hi Solopreneur ！

Hey there, if you’re reading this, first of all — hi! 👋

This is my first ever post on hisolopreneur.com, and honestly, I’m a little nervous (but excited too). I guess most solopreneurs start like this, right? Fumbling around, trying to figure out how to put their thoughts down without sounding like a robot.

So let me keep it real — I’m not a guru, not a “successful solopreneur” with a million dollars in revenue (yet, haha). I’m just a regular person who decided to quit the 9-5 grind and try this solo entrepreneur thing for myself. No fancy degrees, no secret hacks, just a lot of curiosity and a willingness to mess up.

I started this blog ’cause I noticed there’s a lot of content out there for solopreneurs that’s… well, too perfect. Like, everyone’s talking about “scaling fast” and “passive income” and “being your own boss like it’s easy.” But what about the messy parts? The days where you stare at your laptop for 3 hours and get nothing done? The times you doubt if you made the right choice? That’s the stuff I wanna talk about.

Oh, and full disclosure — I’m not great at writing. I’ll probably mix up my tenses sometimes, or ramble on about nothing, or forget to edit out the “ums” and “ahs” (even though this is text, you know what I mean). But that’s the point, right? This isn’t supposed to be a polished business manual. It’s just me, sharing my journey as a solopreneur — the good, the bad, and the really confusing.

What can you expect here? Well, mostly my thoughts on building a one-person business. I’ll talk about the tools I use (and hate), the mistakes I make (spoiler: there will be many), the books and podcasts that actually help (not the ones everyone hypes up), and how I’m trying to turn “just consuming information” into something useful — like, turning good beef into a better meal, if that makes sense (I rambled about that on Twitter the other day, sorry if you saw it twice).

If you’re a solopreneur too — whether you’re just starting out, or you’ve been at it for a while and feel like you’re the only one struggling — this blog is for you. We don’t have to have it all figured out. We just have to keep going, together (even if we’re alone in our home offices).
